For nearly two decades, Edward F. Panos has had a stellar career as a venture capitalist, to the point that eight years ago, he founded his own firm, Panos Industries, LLC, which focuses on investments in high growth, small-cap companies and helping them build.
His specialties as a business consultant run to corporate structuring, restructuring and earn outs, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate branding. Panos has been in on the founding of several companies, like Bridges360, LLC., a performance fund that supplies bridge financing to publicly traded companies. He is also a co-founder of Language Access Network, Inc., a video interpretation company for the medical industry and Indie Film Funding, Inc., a crowd-funding platform to raise money for independent film makers.
There is more to Edward Panos than business. Since his days at the University of Montana, he has been a philanthropist, helping those who are homeless and those addicted to drugs and alcohol. Panos currently lives in Park City, Utah with his beautiful wife and his two daughters.
